Cross River has a community park for the enjoyment of the homeowners and occupants in the Cross River community only.  The park contains a playground, basketball court, tennis courts, ramadas, soccer fields, picnic tables, barbeques, sand volleyball and large open areas.

Please enjoy your time in Cross River’s Community Park.  As a reminder, general park hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Park events must have prior approval from the Homeowners Association. This would include, but is not limited to, resident private events, resident non-profit groups, resident business and resident commercial events. If you are having one of these types of events, please contact your Community Manager and they will be able to assist you.

As a reminder, please always remember that alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs and firearms are strictly prohibited in these areas.

Also, please remember to park ONLY in designated parking areas.
