Q. Can I pay my assessment online?
A. Yes. On the Member Home page your account balance is available for viewing and you can click the Pay Online link to pay your asessment on a one-time or re-occurring basis. If this is the first time viewing your account you will need to request your access code, which will be mailed to you. You can also pay your assessment through your association's bank. You will need a copy of your invoice when you visit www.cabanc.com. If you have any questions during the payment process, please call our billing department at 602-906-4940.
Q. If I have questions about my account, who do I contact?
A. If you have a question about your ledger contact our Customer Service Representatives at 602-906-4940 or . If you have a question about a letter you received or about your community in general contact your Community Manager.
Q. Can other people see information specific to my lot?
A. No, by using an Access Code, which is separate from your login, you are the only person who can see your ledger.
Q. If I have questions about the website or want to make a request, who do I contact?
A. You can contact the web administrator by going to the “E-Forms” link under the Contact menu. You will fill out a brief form and it will be emailed to the administrator.
Q. How do I reach AAM, LLC and my community manager?
A. Go to the "Contacts" page to find AAM, LLC's contact information.
Q. If I forget my password what do I do?
A. If you go to the Sign-In page, there is a link that says "If you have forgotten your sign-in name and password..." Click on this link and it will send your login name and password to your email account.
Q. I am a renter, do I have a website account?
A. Renters will have a separate account from homeowners that will allow them to get into certain areas of the website. When you fill out the registration form, it will kick back an error message. When the webmaster contacts you, please let them know you are renting, so they can get you set up in the system.
Q. How do I receive notices about the community?
A. This website contains an email blast service that allows board members to send you important updates about your community. They will also continue to notify you through mailings. You will also want to keep an eye on the Discussion Forums to see what's going on in your community.
Q. Can I submit for Architectural Approval online?
A. Yes, you can fill out the paperwork online, but if you have any drawings, plans, brochures or samples that you need to submit with your plans you will still have to send those into the office. To fill out the paperwork, click on E-Forms or go to Document Center and look in the Printable Forms folder.
